Jean Bureau elected president of the Board of Directors of the APFTQ
Montreal, September 15, 2011 - Members of the APFTQ who met in a special general assembly unanimously elected Mr. Jean Bureau as president of the board of the Association of Film and Television Producers of Quebec (APFTQ).
Mr. Bureau is co-chairman and co-founder of Incendo, a Canadian company specializing in the production and distribution of high quality television programming for the global market.
Jean Bureau, Economist and Graduate of Harvard Business School’s/International Marketing, possesses a wide range of experience in domestic and international distribution and film financing. Prior to co-founding Incendo in 2001, Jean Bureau acted as Vice President, International and Domestic Distribution, for the following leading public companies in the entertainment business: Columbia, TriStar, Twentieth Century Fox, Astral, Coscient, Motion International and TVA International.
Over the last 20 years, Jean Bureau forged unique relationships with every major broadcaster in Canada, the United States and Europe and established himself as a valued supplier of high quality programming throughout the world.
